Personal research grants are awarded to individuals for scientific research. The research topic must align with the foundation’s programmatic focus areas, which include skills and labor market matching, diversity in the labor market, and workplace well-being.

Finland’s unknown human rights heroes is a powerful call for change. Our goal is to stimulate dialogue and raise awareness on the diversity of Finnish working life and the opportunities it brings. We want to dismantle prejudices and increase understanding on how a diverse working life makes our country richer, literally as well as figuratively.
